Production credit must be giving for the track purchased exclusively as: "Produced by C.Pro for The Sound, LLC" this is a strict condition and must be adhered to. Not doing so voids the agreement of exclusivity and makes the track eligible for licensing consideration by other artist without refund of exclusive rights payment.
